Warranty Stacyc - Balance Bike, Stacyc Canada

All parts and accessories ordered are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

-STACYC warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase as described below.

• Frame and Fork - Five Years.
• Non-electrical system components – One year. (planetary case gearbox, 90 degree case gearbox)
• Electrical system components – 90 days. (motor/esc unit, throttle, battery and charger)
• Normal wear items - 30 days. (sprockets, chain, grips, handlebar plugs, saddle, side panels, footpegs, brake cable/housing, brake lining, paint/stickers, tires, inner tubes)

This limited warranty will be void if the product is not used in accordance with the owner's manual or:

• Damaged in an accident, collision or loss of control incident.
• Used in any way other than for recreational purposes.
• Poorly maintained or without maintenance.
• Used in a manner for which this product was not specifically intended.
• Failure to follow owner's manual instructions or warnings. Altered in any way.
• Electronics or battery exposed to water.
• Modified in any way.
• Damage caused by unauthorized service or parts.
• Used for commercial purposes.
