STACYC Limited Warranty

STACYC warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

• Frame and Fork — 5 years
• Non-Electrical Components — 1 year (planetary gearbox, 90-degree gearbox)
• Electrical Components — 90 days (motor/ESC unit, throttle, battery, charger)
• Normal Wear Items — 30 days (sprockets, chain, grips, seat, tires, tubes, brakes, paint, decals, etc.)

The Warranty May Be Voided If:

• the bike is involved in an accident or collision
• the product is used for anything other than recreational purposes
• the bike is poorly maintained or not maintained
• the product is used in a way it was not designed for
• the owner’s manual instructions are not followed
• the product is modified in any way
• the electronics or battery are exposed to water
• unauthorized parts are installed
• the product is used for commercial purposes
