Important – Gearbox compatibility
Gearboxes are not interchangeable between 12" and 16" models. The motor drive gear size is different, which prevents proper fit and operation if the wrong gearbox is used.

Diagnosis & wear signs

• Stripping / grinding noise under acceleration
• Motor spins but wheel does not follow correctly
• Grease appears gray (metal contamination)
• Common failure at the outer ring gear (broken teeth)

Note: in most cases, the small internal gears are not the issue — the outer ring gear is typically where failure occurs.

Usage & installation

• Replacement for worn or damaged gearbox

Important: basic mechanical skills are required. Not overly complex, but requires proper understanding.

Bolts may be secured with threadlocker (visible as white residue). If they resist, use a heat gun to soften the compound and avoid breaking bolts.

Broken bolts are not covered under warranty.
