The YCF-16eMini comes from the factory with an 11-tooth front sprocket, a 55-tooth rear sprocket, and a standard-length chain, resulting in a ratio of approximately 5. This setup favors balanced riding but limits available power off the line and overall pulling capability.
This drivetrain upgrade kit replaces the stock configuration with a 9-tooth front sprocket, a 65-tooth rear sprocket, and a longer 140-link chain. This combination increases the final drive ratio to approximately 7.22, significantly transforming the bike’s behavior.
The result is a much stronger launch, sharper acceleration, and increased low-end torque. The bike pulls harder, responds more quickly to throttle input, and becomes easier to control, especially in technical sections or for young riders who need immediate power without an excessive increase in top speed.
